NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2015, and entered in 2015CA-000593-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH ANDREW GIROUX; MICHELLE STEELE GIROUX AKA MICHELLE GIROUX; HUNT & SMITH LAW FIRM, P.A. ; WOODPOINTE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELLE STEELE GIROUX AKA MICHELLE GIROUX; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH ANDREW GIROUX are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 19, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
