SMITH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUCRETIA M. SMITH; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WILBURN W. JOSEY A/K/A WILBURN WILAR JOSEY, DECEASED are the Defendant(s). Stacy M.
