NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 9 June, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-002580-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, not individually but as trustee for Pretium Mortgage Acquisition Trust, is the Plaintiff and Sharon E Weatherford aka Sharon Weatherford, Steven M Weatherford aka Steven Weatherford, And Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 26th of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
