HINES A/K/A JAMES HINES A/K/A JAMES EARL HINES, JR., DECEASED; HELEN HINES F/K/A HELEN MOSLEY, HEIR ; REBECCA HINES, HEIR; MICHAEL HINES, HEIR ; CHRISTOPHER HINES, HEIR ; KAREN HINES ; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; DEER RUN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ; DEER RUN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION #1, INC. are the Defendant(s).
