NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050274, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE (CWALT 2005-07CB) (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ANGELO G. GRIECO; ELIZABETH A. GRIECO; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWHEQ, INC., HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-S9 ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS; ANGELO G. GRIECO, JR; JAMES D. GRIECO AKA JAMES GIRECO; PATRICK GRIECO A/K/A PATRICK DANIEL GRIECO; are Defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 25 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 224, UNIT 60, MIRROR LAKES, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 147, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
