NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-CA-051320 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank Of New York Mellon, F/K/A The Bank Of New York, Successor In Interest To Jpmorgan Chase Bank, Na. As Trustee For Structured Asset Mortgage Investments Ii Inc., Bear Stearns Alt-A Trust, Mortgage Pass- Through Certificates, Series 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and Beverly J. Honczar; are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the July 27, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK 973, CAPE CORAL UNIT 24, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 63-77, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
