TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHERS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR UNDER EDITH L. BARNEY, DECEASED, if living, and if deceased, any respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against them, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint foreclose a Landlord's Lien pursuant to Section 713.77, Florida Statutes and for Declaratory Relief in an amount that does not exceed FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000.00) has been filed and commenced in this court by HARBOR COVE RESIDENT OWNED COMMUNITY, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Stellaci, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication or August 1, 2016; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER (Sarasota Edition).
