NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 16, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 006229 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR4 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY , THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF NANCY J. BUCHNER A/K/A NANCY JEAN BUCHNER, DECEASED; JACARANDA WEST HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION #1, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A TOMMY STECKEL; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 N/K/A MARY STECKEL; LONIE BUCHNER; LONIE L. BUCHNER AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF ESTATE OF NANCY J. BUCHNER A/K/A NANCY JEAN BUCHNER; JUSTINA J. WAGNER; MITCHELL S. SEWARD; TODD A. BUCHNER; MICHAEL M. BUCHNER; MICHAEL R. BUCHNER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 33292, VENICE GARDENS, UNIT 33, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 36, 36A THROUGH 36F, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
