NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 23, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001928 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., As Trustee for the Certificateholders for Bank Of America Mortgage Securities Inc. Mortgage Pass Through Certificates Series 2005-3, is the Plaintiff and Keith D. Zolner, Erin E. Stone, Hidden Forest Homeowners' Association, Inc., Aarons Elite Pool Service LLC, Bank of America, Unknown Tenant(s), are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 14th of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
