YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
Unit B-231, Glen Oaks Garden Apartments, Section 3, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 1407, Page 774, et seq., and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 15, Page 27, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property address: 1540 Glen Oaks Dr. E, B231, Sarasota, FL 34232
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, P.A., whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, FL 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
