Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 23, 2016, in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, The Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
Lot 125, “Meadow Run at Jacaranda”, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 29, Page(s) 35, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale to the highest bidder, for cash, conducted electronically online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on July 28, 2016.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
