NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012CA007865CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY ALLAN HART, MILLPOND ESTATES COMMUNITY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MILLPOND ESTATES SECTION SEVEN HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.

LOT 92, OF MILLPOND ESTATES SECTION SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 44 THROUGH 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
