NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Vacate the March 29, 2016 Foreclosure Sale Date and if already issued, Vacate the Certificate of Title entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-007984ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and JOHN C. COOPER, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on AUGUST 18, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
