Final Judgment was awarded on May 26, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2014CA004078CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF LORRAINE M. FISETTE N/K/A LORRAINE M. FARIA DECEASED ; VILLAS OF HOLIDAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; PINEWOOD VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF LORRAINE M. FISETTE N/K/A LORRAINE M. FARIA, DECEASED; RICHARD J. FARIA ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 28, PINEWOOD VILLAS PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 101 AND 102, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
