NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent in rem Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 14-CA-009088 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2005-10, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-10 is Plaintiff and GOMEZ, CARLOS, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on August 8, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
