NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Summary Final Judgment in favor of Plaintiff, The Townhomes of Carrollwood Village Condominium Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 22nd day of June, 2016, Pat Frank, Clerk of Hillsborough County , Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on August 12, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Unit 1101, FAIRWAY LAKES TOWNHOMES VILLAGE ONE, a Condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 3708, Page 1327, and as amended in Official Records Book 3895, Page 621, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Pages 13-20, and in Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 19, all of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the The Townhomes of Carrollwood Village community at 4219 Hartwood Lane, Tampa, Florida 33618 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
