NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 14, 2016 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-010708, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and FLORENCIO R. MARTINEZ CORTEZ; THERESA A. MARTINEZ A/K/A THERESA C. MARTINEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, RUN SOUTH 408 FEET THENCE WEST 292.5 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE NORTH 191.5 FEET, THENCE WEST 75 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 191.5 FEET, THENCE EAST 75 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
