NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2016, and entered in Case No. 29-2016-CA-001385 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association As Indenture Trustee For CIM Trust 2015-3AG Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2015-3AG, is the Plaintiff and Judith S. Tenpenny, Springleaf Financial Services of America, Inc. f/k/a American General Financial Services of America, Inc., U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee of CVI Loan GT Trust I, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
