NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2016, and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-008629 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Luminent Mortgage Trust 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and Angelo Zeppieri, The Unknown Spouse Of Angelo Zeppieri, Villages of Bloomingdale Condominium No. 7 Association, Inc., Villages of Bloomingdale Condominium No. 9 Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
