NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of June 2016 and entered in Case No. 15006664CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JOSE A. RODRIGUEZ A/K/A JOSE ANTONIO RODRIGUEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. A DELAWARE CORPORATION; and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A BRIAN APPLEGATE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of July 2016 at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6 AND THE NORTHEAST 22 FEET OF LOT 5 AND THE SOUTHWEST 22 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK 3, GANBRIDGE “HUB” ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 118, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
