NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of June 2016 and entered in Case No. 52-2014-CA-008114, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and KIM JULIE KLOUFETOS A/K/A KIM KLOUFETOS; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; BONAFIDE PROPERTIES LLC, AS TRUSTEE ONLY UNDER THE 2545 HARN BLVD LAND TRUST; WATERFORD TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A STEPHANIE NEWELL IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of July 2016 at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52 OF WATERFORD TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 127, PAGE(S) 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
