NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, dated February 9, 2016, and Order granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale and Disburse Forfeited Deposit, dated June 20, 2016, entered in case No. 10-16584-CI-21, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GEMINI CAPITAL MANAGERS, LLC is the Plaintiff and and LINDA WOODWORTH, TOM WOODWORTH, CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA CAMERON WOODWORTH and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA SHANE WOODWORTH are the Defendants. KEN BURKE, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST, on AUGUST 4, 2016, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
