NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 26 April, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-005485-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank Of America, National Association, as Trustee as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee For Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I, LLC Asset Backed-Certificates, Series-2005-AQ2, is the Plaintiff and Bank of America, N.A., Karleen J. Nicholas a/k/a Karleen J. Clocher, Unknown Spouse of Karleen J. Nicholas n/k/a Raymond Clocher, Lakewood Estates Civic Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 25th of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
