NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 29, 2016 in Civil Case No. 13-010884-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein ALLY BANK is Plaintiff and BETSY D. CRAIG, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BETSY D. CRAIG, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MITCHELL CRAIGA/K/A MITCHELL GRANT CRAIG A/K/A MITCHELL S. CRAIG, ROBERT MERRILL CRAIG, SARA C. HODGES A/K/A SARAH M. HODGES A/K/A SARAH M. CRAIG, BERIT CRAIG NELLISA/K/A BERIT D. CRAIG, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MITCHELL CRAIGA/K/A MITCHELL GRANT CRAIG A/K/A MITCHELL S. CRAIG, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21ST day of July, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
All that parcel of land in City of Tarpon Springs, Pinellas County, State of Florida, as more fully described in Deed Book 12653, Page 1497, ID# 22/27/16/71692/216/0810, being known and designated as Pine Ridge at Lake Tarpon Village II, metes and bounds property.
And more fully described as follows: Condominium Unit H-1, Building 216, Pine Ridge at Lake Tarpon Village II, a Condominium, Phase XVI, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 5908, Page 1261, as amended from time to time, and according to Condominium Plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 81, Pages 55 and 56, and amended in Condominium Plat Book 82, Pages 95 through 105, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
