NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 10, 2016 in Civil Case No. 13-10763-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and BETH HALSEY, SHANNA M. SCHULTZ, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST VAUGHN F. SCHULTZ, KATHLEEN M. SCHULTZ, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, WINSTON PARK NORTHEAST 200 ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A WINSTON PARK NORTHEAST 200 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BETH HALSEY N/K/A DEAN HALSEY, a are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26TH day of July, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 217, Winston Park Northeast 200 Condominium, a Condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 3901, Page 307, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Page 15-21, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
