NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 14th day of January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-000523-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR EMC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-A, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-A is the Plaintiff and CARL K. GILKES A/K/A CARL GILKES; JOANN GILKES; UNKNOWN PARTY IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
