NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2016, and entered in 14-002096-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is the Plaintiff and LORRAINE ANNE SCHMIDT; CRYSTAL BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO COLONIAL BANK F/K/A COLONIAL BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; JOAN MARIE HULCHANSKI, SOLE BENEFICIARY OF THE ESTATE OF DANIEL R. HULCHANSKI, DECEASED. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 8693, PAGE 32, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 115, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
