NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2016, and entered in 14-007866-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CSFB MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9 is the Plaintiff and TERRENCE S. LYNCH A/K/A TERRENCE SCOTT LYNCH; MISTY L. LYNCH N/K/A MISTY LEE HUNTLEY; CLERK OF COURT, PINELLAS COUNTY; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 10, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
