CITY OF DUNEDIN RETIREMENT PLAN RECORD KEEPER & SERVICE PROVIDER RFP 16-1070 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) PROCEDURES
The City of Dunedin is soliciting proposals from vendors (Contractor) qualified to serve as the City's single retirement plan record keeper & service provider for the City's 457 (b) deferred compensation and 401 (a) defined contribution plans. The City intends to transfer all liquid assets to the awarded Contractor and permit future contributions only to that single Contractor. The City has engaged the services of an independent retirement plan consulting firm to assist the City with this process.
All questions/inquires related to this RFP shall be sent to the City's Purchasing Agent, Chuck Ankney, via email at: [email protected]. Questions shall be submitted by 5:00 pm local time, Tuesday, July 19, 2016. Questions submitted after that time and date may not be answered.
Proposals shall be based on the attached Scope of Work. The RFP may be picked up at the address below. You may also email your request to [email protected] or you may download the RFP from www.demandstar.com.
Sealed RFPs. Responses to this Request for Proposal (please submit one unbound original, six (6) copies and one copy on a compact disc or thumb drive) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly identified as:

Proposals are due no later than the date and time noted above. Any proposal received after that date and time will not be accepted. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days, from the opening date, without the consent of the City of Dunedin, Florida.
