Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 6, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT NO. 206, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF SHIPWATCH ONE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 64 THROUGH 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILE MAY 21, 1984 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5764, PAGES 626 THROUGH 713, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 11730 SHIPWATCH DRIVE, # 206, LARGO, FL 33774; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on August 3, 2016 at 10:00 A.M..
