Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 17, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 30, HERRON'S SUBDIVISION NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 20, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 106 EAST BAY DRIVE, TREASURE ISLAND, FL 33706; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on AUGUST 1, 2016 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
