The administration of the Estate of ROGER KENT BAIRD, deceased, whose date of death was December 16, 2015, Case No: 2016CP003277XXESXX is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756. The name and address of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representatives' attorney are set forth below.

ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
