NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15002738CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Financial System Florida, Inc., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Mark Shevitski a/k/a Mark Kenneth Shevitski a/k/a Mark K. Shevitski, deceased , Brian Robert Shevitski, as Personal Representative of the Estate of, Mark Shevitski a/k/a Mark Kenneth Shevitski a/k/a Mark K. Shevitski, deceased, Bankers Insurance Company, Brian Robert Shevitski, as an Heir of the Estate of Mark Shevitski a/k/a Mark Kenneth Shevitski a/k/a Mark K. Shevitski, deceased, Brian Robert Shevitski, as Beneficiary of the Trust for Children, Darlene Marie Rivera f/k/a Darlene M. BEGIN AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE WESTERLY LINE OF STATE ROAD 775 RIGHT-OF-WAY WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 6, GROVE CITY LAND COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 41 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE WEST ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE 6, 125 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE NORTHERLY PARALLEL WITH STATE ROAD 775, 115 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE EAST PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 6 TO THE WEST LINE OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SAID STATE ROAD 775; THENCE SOUTH ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
