AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE NRZ PASS-THROUGH TRUST VI is the Plaintiff and MAZIE E. PHIPPS A/K/A MAZIE E. HOGG; JUNIOR LLOYD HOGG are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 26, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
