NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015CA003336AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Indenture Trustee for the Registered Noteholders of Renaissance Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and Bobby Fields; Unknown Spouse of Bobby Fields; Vivian Thompskin; Clerk of the Court, Manatee County, Florida; State of Florida Department of Revenue are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LOT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE COUNTY OF MANATEE, STATE OF FLORIDA,TO-WIT: LOTS 18, 19 AND 20, BLOCK F, J.K. SINGLETARY SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
