NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 5, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-006695 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND, FSB, NOT IN ITS INVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST is Plaintiff and ROWENA A. ELLIOTT, is a Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of August, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 45, OAK HAVEN SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 167 THROUGH 172, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
