Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. A-104, of EDGEWOOD CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded March 8, 1988, in Official Records Book 1333, Pages 244-326, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and as amended, together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the common elements and the limited common elements of said Condominium as set forth in the above-described Declaration, as amended.

At public sale, on July 25, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder or bidders for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, in the lobby of the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Fla. Stat. ยง45.031.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
