NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 23, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2015-CA-001421-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of July, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The following described land, situate, lying and being in the County of Collier, State of Florida, to wit: Lot 764, of that certain subdivision known as PALM RIVER ESTATES, UNIT NO. 2, according to the plat thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, in Plat Book 3, Page 96.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
