Lindenmeier a/k/a William Lindenmeier, as an Heir of the Estate of Isabel Lindenmeier, deceased, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 25 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 70, CALUMET RESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 47 AND 48, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
