NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2016, and entered in 11-2015-CA-001605-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006- BC3 is the Plaintiff and MARGARET E. HARRIS are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on July 25, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
