NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2016, and entered in 2011-CA-3004 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-10, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-10 is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM MCALEAR A/K/A WILLIAM V. MCALEAR; BANCO POPULAR NORTH AMERICA; CENTEX HOMES; OSPREY POINTE AT PELICAN MARSH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; THE FOUNDATION OF PELICAN MARSH, INC; ANNE M. MCALEAR; UNKNOWN TENANT are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on July 25, 2016 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
