Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 28, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
LOT 16 AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 15, BLOCK 86, GOLDEN GATE UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 97 THROUGH 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2800 TROPICANA BLVD, APTS. 1-4, NAPLES, FL 34116; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112., on July 25, 2016 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
