Final Judgment was awarded on May 23, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015CA003337000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff, and MARY ALICE BAKER AKA MARY BAKER; LORNE PERNELL BAKER SR. AKA LORNE BAKER; DAVID VANCE; BONITA VANCE; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A DEZMOND BAKER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT NO. 50, AS SHOWN ON MAP DATED JULY 31, 1954 OF SUBDIVISION ROLLING HILLS, LOCATED IN SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, FILED ON AUGUST 4, 1954, IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
