CARTER A/K/A RALPH NASON CARTER, DECEASED; THE WELLINGTON ASSOCIATION OF WINTER HAVEN, INC.; TAMMY CARTER; MELISSA HILL; LEORA TRACEY; ROBERT J. CARTER A/K/A BOBBY CARTER are the Defendant(s).
