NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 27, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014CA-000786-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, SELENE FINANCE LP is the Plaintiff, and SAMUEL E. RIVERA A/K/A SAMUEL E. RIVERA-BAUTISTA; BETSY E. IVIZARRY A/K/A BETSY IRIZARRY; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; POINCIANA VILLAGE THREE ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Stacy M. Butterfield will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.polk.realforeclose.com on July 28, 2016 at 10:00 AM; the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 774, POINCIANA NEIGHBORHOOD 5 NORTH, VILLAGE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 27 THROUGH 42, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
