Lopez, Jr., Park Ridge Community Association, Inc., Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Polk County, Florida, State of Florida, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Tenant # 1 A/K/A Michael Scharlach, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 1st day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
