NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that JEFFREY W. LEASURE (the “Trustee”), as Chapter 11 Trustee for I.E.C. RENTALS, INC., has sought the approval of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Fort Myers Division (the “Bankruptcy Court”), for the sale of the interests of the bankruptcy estate in (i) the real property described in Exhibit 1 to the Term Sheet (the “Real Property”); and (ii) the Rock Creek Phase II Campground General Partnership (the “Partnership Interest,” and together with the Real Property, the “Properties”) more fully described in the Term Sheet (the “Sale”).
On June 3, 2016, the Trustee filed with the Bankruptcy Court a motion (the “Sale Motion”), seeking among other things, the authority of the Bankruptcy Court for the Trustee to sell the Properties (as defined in the Term Sheet attached as Exhibit B to the Motion), free and clear of all liens, claims, interests, and encumbrances, to the Purchaser in exchange for $1,104,000.00 in cash. The Bankruptcy Court has approved certain bidding procedures in connection with the Sale (the “Bidding Procedures”). Further information on the Debtor's business is available upon request in compliance with the Bidding Procedures.
Prospective purchasers and other interested parties should review the Term Sheet, the Sale Motion, the Bidding Procedures, and other relevant documents on file with the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court and available at www.srbp.com. Any party wishing to submit a competing bid (“Competing Bid”) to acquire the Properties should contact Daniel R. An auction to consider any Competing Bids in respect of the Properties will be held in Tampa, Florida at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on July 21, 2016 at the offices of Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Postler, P.A., located at 110 East Madison Street, Suite 200, Tampa, Florida 33602. The Bankruptcy Court will conduct a hearing to consider approval of the Sale Motion, the results of the Auction, if any, and to consider any timely-filed objections thereto, at the Bankruptcy Court, on July 29, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the United States Courthouse, Room 4-117, Courtroom E, 2110 First Street, Fort Myers, Florida.
