NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order on Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale, dated April 29, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015CA-003596-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificateholders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-SD4 is the Plaintiff and Pamela S. Norman a/k/a Pamela Sue Norman a/k/a Pamela Norman a/k/a Pam Norman; Unknown Spouse of Pamela S. Norman a/k/a Pamela Sue Norman a/k/a Pamela Norman a/k/a Pam Norman are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21 OF REVA HEIGHTS ADDITION NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
