NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2016, and entered in 2014CA-001936-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and SANDRIDGE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF MARY E. DAY. DECEASED; SHIRLEY DAY DEVANE; STATE OF FLORIDA; POLK COUNTY CLERK OF COURT are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 01, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
