NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Foreclosure sales conducted via internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on July 25, 2016 at 9:00 A.M. or as soon as possible thereafter, the following described property:
LOT 191, KENSINGTON PARK, UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA;
A/K/A 1812 FERN AVENUE, SARASOTA, FLORIDA 34235.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
